Co-Founder, CEO and Chief Technology Officer
A qualified Naval Architect from IIT Madras with 35 years of rich experience in the field of engineering, design and technology development of ships and marine structures. Being a Visionary & Strategist, he is the person behind building “Team Cybermaster”. Currently he is contributing as CEO & CTO, looking after the technology development and spearheading Business Development & Operations of Cybermaster, responsible for overall Organizational development and Growth.
Mainak Banerjee
Chief Business Officer and Marketing and Sales Director
An engineering graduate with 18 years of rich experience in the field of Business Development, Client acquisition & project management. Mainak has been instrumental in successfully developing customer base in Turkey for Cybermaster. Also spearheaded the production engineering division in Cybermarine for 7 years. Stationed in the UK, he is also overseeing the business development in Central Europe and Turkey.
Sheetal Gawde
Head of Product Development
A qualified Software Engineer with 15 years of experience, Sheetal is associated with Cybermaster ship loading software development since its inception in the early 2000s. Under Sheetal’s guidance & direction, Cybermaster loading software went through a cycle of technological advancements, significant change in GUI and emerged as a multifunctional Management software over last two decades. She is responsible for overseeing the development and upgradation of all software products for Cybermaster.
Kumar Ajagekar
Principal Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) and Business Manager – Singapore
A qualified Mechanical Engineer with a post grad diploma in Electrical Engineering along with a rich experience of 14 years in the field of Marine Process Design & System engineering and integration, Kumar has an ability to provide realistic & optimum solutions in any critical Marine or Oil & gas newbuild or conversion / modification projects. A great team builder, prolific planner & value multiplier, currently stationed at Singapore, he is managing all technology related business for Cybermaster from Singapore and Far East Asia.
Kaushik Shiva
Senior Naval Architect & Team Leader
Kaushik, a highly skilled naval architect, holds a bachelor's degree in naval architecture and offshore engineering, along with a master’s degree in marine technology with a specialization in hydrodynamics from NTNU Norway. With rich experience and expertise in the field of ship stability analysis and loading software, he is currently in charge of Cybermaster's marine digital technology product development. Stationed in the UK, Kaushik is driving the development of cutting-edge technologies for decarbonisation and autonomous shipping. His responsibilities encompass overseeing the technical and technological aspects of all maritime digital technology products developed by the innovative team at Cybermaster.
Emre KaracaoÄŸlu
Business Development Manager, Turkey Region
Emre is a qualified Naval Architect with over 15 years of valuable experience in shipbuilding and business development. Based in Turkey, he holds the responsibility of supervising the sales of digital technology products in the region. Additionally, Emre is actively engaged in cultivating new business leads, contributing to the expansion and success of the company.

Sr. Design Engineer & Team Leader – Mechanical Engineering
Young qualified Mechanical Engineer having rich experience in the field of Marine Process Design, System Engineering & Instrumentation Engineering, Modifications, and integration for projects related to Marine Retrofits, FPSOs, FPUs etc. His technical acumen is marked by innovative problem-solving and a comprehensive knowledge of cutting-edge technologies relevant to the field. With his expertise from execution of variety of projects he is now leading the developments of Maritime digital technology products for fuel efficient ship operations to achieve the maritime decarbonization goals at Cybermaster.
Nikitesh Masurkar
Senior Software Engineer
Nikitesh is a highly qualified and experienced Software Engineer with a postgraduate degree in computer applications, a diploma in software testing, and over 8 years of experience. He excels as a full-stack developer, demonstrating expertise in emerging technologies. With strong problem-solving skills, he delivers high-quality software products and actively engages in research and development. Currently, he is working on the design and implementation of engineering software solutions.

Amit Karanje, a senior design engineer with 20+ years of experience, leads Cybermaster's Creative Visualisation team. Blending his engineering acumen with an artistic inclination, he meticulously crafts user interfaces for our products. With a focus on enhancing user experience, Amit tirelessly refines UI designs, ensuring they are both creative and user-friendly.
